Withdrawal form

In compliance with EU regulations, any EU residents with an active order have full right to withdraw their purchase and cancel their order within 14 days of placing it. Please keep in mind that each submission is manually reviewed and as a result, it may take up to 5 working days for the cancellation to be complete.

If your order has not yet shipped, it will be cancelled with a refund issued within 5 working days. If your order has been dispatched and/or received, the full contents of your order will need to be returned at your expense before a full refund (Less the original shipping cost) is issued. Items must be returned in the exact condition they arrived in with all accessories and paperwork included.

Items such as custom clothing, painted dolls and other customised items are exempt from this and cannot be returned for a refund.
