Terms & Conditions

Once placed and paid in full, orders are final and cannot be cancelled. If an error has been made while ordering, please contact me ASAP so that I can fix it for you. 

Pre-Orders are final. Your order may take up to 6 months to complete due to the nature of production. To find updates on production for the latest pre-orders, go to the blog section.

Layaway orders can be cancelled and refunded within 14 days of the deposit being paid. 

 

Returns-

Returns are accepted within 14 days of an order being received. (Counted from the delivery date stated on the order tracking information)

If you are unhappy with your order-

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

All returns must be sent via a tracked method and the item/s need to be in new, undamaged condition in order to receive a full refund. 

 

If your order arrives damaged-

In the instance of items arriving damaged, I will pay for return shipping, or the replacement of damaged parts. A partial refund (usually 5-15% of the total value, depending on the severity of the damage) can also be provided. 

Please contact me ASAP if you have any issues with your order. 

Unfortunately I cannot accept returns for custom items. (I.e custom make up or clothing)
