Payment & Shipping
Layaway-
During a Pre-Order, all orders are eligible for payment plans, or a 'Layaway'.
A separate listing for this option will be available along side the full payment listing. The layaway listing will allow you to pay a deposit for your order (along with shipping costs at checkout) then the remaining balance will be paid via PayPal Invoice.
When using this option, please leave your PayPal email address in the notes box at checkout.
The invoice will be sent after your order is placed and will need to be paid within one month unless stated otherwise.
Shipping-
All orders are shipped fully tracked and insured with a signature required upon delivery.
In the instance of a package going missing, insurance can be claimed in order to replace the missing items.
Please make sure to contact me ASAP if your order appears to be lost in transit.
Dispatch Estimates-
I aim to dispatch In-Stock items within 5 working days.
In-Stock dolls ordered with make-up options may take up to 2 weeks to dispatch.
Pre-Ordered dolls may take up to 6 months to produce and a further 10-14 working days to dispatch.
Delivery times can vary depending on the destination and efficiency of the destinations customs offices, however delivery is usually complete within 2 weeks.
