Payment & Shipping




Layaway-

During a Pre-Order, all orders are eligible for payment plans, or a 'Layaway'.

This option will appear as 'Flexible Payment' on the preorder listing. With this option, you will pay around 30% of the total cost of the doll along with shipping at check out. 
When using this option, please leave your PayPal email address in the notes box at checkout.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a paypal invoice for the remaining amount. This invoice can be paid in multiple installments and payment must be complete by the specified due date.




Shipping-
All orders are shipped fully tracked and insured with a signature required upon delivery. 
In the instance of a package going missing, insurance can be claimed in order to replace the missing items. 
Please make sure to contact me ASAP if your order appears to be lost in transit.




Dispatch Estimates-
I aim to dispatch In-Stock items within 5 working days.
In-Stock dolls ordered with make-up options may take up to 2 weeks to dispatch.

Pre-Ordered dolls may take up to 6 months to produce and a further 10-14 working days to dispatch.
Delivery times can vary depending on the destination and efficiency of the destinations customs offices, however delivery is usually complete within 2 weeks.



Please do not ask for your order to be undervalued/underdeclared. 
Customs offices can request an invoice for your purchase to prove the product value marked on the package. Misalignment in these numbers can have serious consequences. As a result, I will not alter the value of any products on customs information.
